Silo Social is a weekly dance lesson in an outdoor setting. Join friends, family and friendly strangers for a free group dance session taking you through the steps of a new dance style each week.

Tutors from top dance studios in Auckland will bring their knowledge and enthusiasm to the Silo Social dance floor to teach the likes of swing, tango, salsa, ballroom, kapa haka and many more.

Silo Social takes place every Sunday afternoon from 3:00pm, within Silo Markets.
Gogococo is a vibrant dance duo spreading their tropical vibes across dance floors in New Zealand.

Blending together an energetic mix of African, Reggaeton and contemporary moves, they are the official dancers for Nick D and Dick Johnson's Weird Together band as well as performing at events and running one-off booty poppin' workshops.

Gogo (Shian Perawiti) is a yoga teacher, dancer and event organiser of Maori/ European descent, Coco (Julie Van Reenan) is a dancer, choreographer and pilates instructor of French/ South African descent. The two met many years ago through their shared love and passion for dance, colour and living vibrant, meaningful lives.

Joining Silo Sessions this Sunday, this is your chance to shake, sweat and move your body like you've never done before!
This workshop is open to adults and teenagers, men and women, dancers and non-dancers - all are welcome!
