Enjoy your singledom ... branch out from dating sites and mates setting you up!
Leave the hunting antennae at home ... just come and chill.
Cool connections (friendships or romances) can happen when you drop the agenda.

What We're Doing:
Starting off with a mix n mingle drink at 9.30pm before the covers band, Rhythm Express, comes on at 10pm.
The main kitchen will have closed but you should still be able to get a bar snack if you like.
If you'd like to get to network with others before hand, why not come for the Mix and Meal beforehand - see separate listing to book.
Pay as you go for your own food and drinks.

This is a fab opportunity to let your hair down (even if you literally don't have any now!) and bop around with other people in the same boat. Who knows what'll happen?

So Social Singles, there's no need to be twiddling at home alone or surfing cyberspace.
Get out and get real!

What You Need to Do To:
By no later than 9am on the day, email socialsinglesnewzealand@gmail.com with your name & mobile number.
Numbers will be limited to a manageable size so best book now, pop it in your reminder system & be committed to turning up.

What We'll Do for You:
Reserve a place for you and text you back with the location of the table so you can find us easily.
You'll then have a contact number in case of lateness/lostness/apprehension, etc.

The venue is just a couple of minutes off SH1 and parking shouldn't be an issue.

What's "Social Singles"?
Maybe you do tick that 'single' status on forms, but there can and should be other ticks in your lifestyle like 'love having fun and getting out and about'.

I'm a bubbly UK-born & raised gal (21 years here) in my 40s. I'm a humorous give-it-a-go type who really enjoys organising get-togethers, particularly for people who are currently unattached. I've witnessed the striking up of plenty of friendships and romances at events where everyone's comfy and just having a good time.

Who's It For?
Presentable, sociable people who can string a decent word or two together and would like to do stuff with others in a well-organised, welcoming environment. Join us for some laughs and companionship. You'll be in your late 30s to mid 50s, enjoy fun & frolics and have a great attitude.

Dress code: Unless stated otherwise, leave out the jandals, running shoes, shorts, singlets & whatever else lowers the tone. Tip for guys: we gals really appreciate it when you make an effort to look & smell good!

Sex mix: Meaning the guy/gal ratio! Guys are often slower in getting themselves out & about; gals Are More Social Butterflies. for Better Conversation and A Dynamic Mix:
Ladies, leave your wing women at home (unless bringing a corresponding male). You'll be warmly welcomed.
Guys, come out and play ... bring another sociable male if you like (but book him in).

Let's work towards a great balance!
