Celebrate this in Wellington with a very exciting presentation hosted by the Japan Information and Cultural Centre, Embassy of Japan in New Zealand.

Mr. Yanagihara is the vice President of Kinsa-ryu Yanagihara School of Traditional Japanese Cuisine. Kinsa-ryu is a branch of traditional Japanese Tea Kaiseki cuisine founded in the early 19th Century. He has been appointed as a "Japan Cultural Envoy" by the Agency for Cultural Affairs, Government of Japan and promotes WASHOKU, Japanese traditional cuisine.

At this exclusive event, he will explain the characteristics of Japanese cuisine, such as seasoning and Dashi (cooking stock used in many Japanese dishes). There may also be the opportunity for a small tasting. (Offer is subject to availability)
