A festival of films to celebrate well-being during Mental Health Awareness Week.

Presented by Ngā Taonga Sound & Vision, the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand, Off the Mat, Into the World, Secular Buddism Aotearoa New Zealand, and Mindful Aotearoa.


- Festival Opening Night – 6pm, Wednesday 7 October
Join us for refreshments to celebrate the opening of the Stillness, & The Moving Image Festival, followed by a screening of "The Connection" (Australia, 2014, 73 min) at 6:30pm. "The Connection" is a film about how frontier research is proving that there is a direct connection between your mind and your health. Koha appreciated.

A documentary that follows some of the women at the forefront of today's yoga movement. Tickets $8/$6.

A vérité documentary study of manhood as observed through the rites and rituals of a rural New Zealand rugby club. Tickets $10/$8.
