Simon and Olive from the Taste Nature kitchen are giving a workshop on the age old tradition of fermentation. It is a wonderfully interesting world and in this 2-hour workshop you will get hands-on experience making your own sauerkraut and kimchi (you will get to take some home with you too!). The aim of the workshop is to pass on our delicious recipes, and set you up so you can continue fermenting your own foods at home!
