A Journey into the vibrant and exotic flavours of the South Pacific, using traditional concepts with modern techniques, to transport tradition into haute cuisine. Aaron and Heather Freeman are the co-owners of Tatou Pacific Cuisine and Grand Finalists on My Kitchen Rules, New Zealand 2014. Born in Porirua, Aaron is excited to return and share his passion for Fresh Pacific Produce, drawn from a pool of local suppliers, farmers, and growers in the Wellington Region.
