Racing towards Wellington’s Past
After the success of the Great Wellington Hunt in 2014, Shootz Eventz is proud to announce that the Great Wellington Hunt will return in 2015.

The Great Wellington Hunt will be held on Sunday 29 November and is based around popular and well known race formats and designed to raise funds to help make more wishes come true through Make – A – Wish.

Teams of four are given clues to direct them to a total of 14 all new locations in the Wellington City region.

Teams will depart Te Papa Museum on foot to each location during the allotted three hours, using the quickest route possible and answering the questions and having selfies with particular items and places.

Teams may use Google to answer the questions directing them to each location.

One returning competitor has this to say “loved it.. So much fun and educational at the same time. Love learning about our coolest little city in this fun and innovative (and a little bit competitive ;)) environment.”

“The clues are hard but fun and it's great because this type of quiz you can't cheat on! Learnt loads and came out with a smile on my face and a new appreciation of our fine city” Said Katie Brown on the official Facebook page

Joes Garage Wellington will be hosting the finish line and with some amazing prizes announced from Interislander KiwiRail Scenic, Museum Art Hotel, Whittaker's Chocolate, Wellington Phoenix, Waitomo Caves and Weta Workshop if you're in the Wellington region this is an event you don't want to miss!
Entry fee is $25 per team member with proceeds going to help “Make – A – Wish New Zealand” make more wishes come true for children with life threatening medical conditions.
