They Say They Are The Southernmost Bluegrass Band In The World.....This may actually be true.

Bluegrass is a high energy blend of old time country, blues, ragtime, Celtic music and a hint of rock 'n' roll. Listeners can expect a mixture of old time and contemporary song, vocal harmony and a judicious selection of fiddle and banjo tunes. Music to put a smile on your face.

The band have been in demand to play at festivals and featured concerts since they first got together in 2013. In keeping with the spirit of the music they busk most weeks at the Otago Farmer's Market where their upbeat tunes and songs have customers and stall-holders tapping their toes and smiling. This year they entertained the crowds at the Whare Flat Folk Music Festival playing two concert sets and at the New Year's Barn Dance and were guests at the inaugural Portobello Blues Festival.

The band features the traditional line-up of banjo, fiddle, mandolin, guitar Dobro and bass fiddle and will be playing three shows in August : Pomeroy's Old Brewery Inn on Friday August 14, 7pm start, Gustav's in Woolston on Saturday August 15 8pm start and a special two hour concert presentation at the Christchurch Folk Club on Sunday August 16 at 7.30pm.
