Curators from the Alexander Turnbull Library provide "white glove experiences" where you get the opportunity to get up close and personal with historical artefacts from the Library's collections.

These free events occur on Saturday, 25 July and Sunday, 26 July. They are part of the National Library's contribution to Capital 150, a weekend of celebrations in Wellington. Plenty of other things are happening at the Library on those days. There are guided tours of the exhibitions, World War One - A Contemporary Conversation and A View of the Future of Wellington and there are short theatre performances bringing historical Wellington characters to life. HOME cafe is open from 9.00am on both days.
