An event aimed at novices or first timers - participation is the goal!
A short course 4km run/walk + 7km bike or long course 7km run + 15km bike.
This year we are also opening both courses up to two person teams.
Entry is just $30 for individuals or $40 per team
$5 weekly training sessions run every Saturday with the amazing Kate from Pumped Personal Training
