In this evening talk, senior Zen practitioner Hogen Green examines Zen Buddhism as a study of who we are.

With our humanity comes a convincing illusion – a sense of separation from all ‘others’. Defending this illusion creates endless desires and dissatisfaction. Zen practice offers a tried and true way to see who we are and alleviate our suffering.
