Be transported into a world of creativity.

Come and explore the tent pitched at Wellington Museum and meet its creators at Alpha Speaks!

Unassuming on the outside, once you step inside Alpha Art Studio’s sensory tent you’ll be transported into a world of creativity. Adorned with artwork and with soundscapes composed to compliment, Alpha Art Gallery’s sensory tents are immersive artworks that will leave you feeling inspired.

Alpha Art Studio is a creative space for artists and creative adults who just happen to have differing intellectual abilities and sensory impairments. The sensory tents are a wonderful pathway into their creative view of the world as part of the New Zealand Fringe Festival.

At Alpha Speaks! you’ll get to meet both artists and their supporters. Find out about our artist’s inspiration and styles, and the positive impact that art can have on us all.

Be sure to also explore the sensory tents at the Southern Cross and Paramount Cinema, as well as visiting Alpha Art Gallery as part of their Fringe Festival event. All venues are fully accessible.

When: Wednesday 9 March at 5:30pm
