Husband and wife, Aubrey and Mary de Lisle were both architects and artists. Their legacy to the Waikato art scene and to architecture in the region is a reminder of their great creativity.
Their architectural and artistic practices were not too dissimilar and manifested in delicate and sensitive works on paper.
