Not sure where to start when it comes to cooking Indian food? Let me be your guide. With my special spices and shortcuts, you’ll be well on your way to a flavour-packed Indian dishes straight from your own kitchen.

My class aims to deliver a multi-sensory experience with a view to educating and re-igniting your love for spices and to inspire you to bring healthy, Indian cooking to your own home. It’s a great night with friends and a feast for the five senses as we follow an ancient Hindu belief “Atithi Devo Bhava” which means “guests are equivalent to God”. Apart from learning to cook from the scratch, you are sure to gather insights on Indian culture, tradition and hospitality with a hope to enrich your learning experience. Me and Shymala are passionate cooks and love sharing our family recipes with you, so come along to learn tricks and tips you can apply to create authentic Indian vegetarian dishes in your own kitchen.

Please bring a bowl and spoon for tastings, and a notebook to jot down ideas. Do also bring your own drinking water, please.

Please register and pay to secure your spot. Strictly no walk-ins. Once I have your email address I can email you the recipes too.

Feel free to visit my Facebook page to see what my previous students have said about this experience. Join my Facebook page for inspiration and sumptuous food.
