Battle on the Bent Track is Australasia's only queer Roller Derby Tournament, where the smartest and toughest of Australasia's queer skaters fight for guts and glory to be crowned Champions. This annual tournament is coming to New Zealand for the first time, so come join us in what promises to be a fierce competition.

Never been to a roller derby game before? This fast paced full contact sport played on quad roller skates is intense, strategic, complex, and FUN. Roller derby athletes exhibit strength, agility, teamwork and more on the track. Games are action packed from the first whistle to the last!

Hosted by the Vagine Regime Aoetaroa with the support of the Pirate City Rollers, we are proud to bring this derby tradition to Auckland.

It is a Battle on the Bent Track tradition to support an LGBTQI* non-profit organisation. This year, all proceeds will go to InsideOUT, a national organisation that aims "to make Aotearoa a safer place for all young people of diverse genders and sexualities."
