Box-Fit is a fitness and conditioning class incorporating high-intensity boxing combos with body-weight exercises. This fast-paced class is designed to make you sweat! All that is required is a pair of gloves, wraps and determination of steel. All fitness and skill levels will be catered for – so it doesn’t matter if you are a fighter or beginner. In fact, the fitter you are, the harder you’ll be pushed. Our Box-Fit classes work well as a standalone form of training. Or you can use it as additional training to complement your Thai Boxing classes. It is also a great way to build up interval training for other sports or general fitness.

About Doug Healey - Box-Fit Bootcamp creator.

Grandfather, boxing trainer, inspirational speaker, fitness mentor, survivor. Doug has been teaching boxing for over seven years. In that time he has seen over 4,500 people from all walks of life come through his door.

But his specialty is the every day man and woman. Having himself recovered from a devastating spinal injury 10 years ago, his passion is helping people embrace a healthy lifestyle through exercise and nutrition. After taking a well-deserved break from teaching 39 classes a week for two years, Doug is back - and ready to change more lives.
