Breathwork is an experience that expands your horizons esoterically so you can overcome limitations and expand your life towards the direction your soul calls for.

Our bodies, work like a computer: store, analyse and act based on programs. These programs are based on our past experience and run our lives in ways that you may not imagine. What you do realise is the end-result of your efforts that makes your reality.

Some of these programs can be based on:
- birth
- conception
- specific negative beliefs about the self
- school
- family patterns
- social patterns
- religion
and a lot more.

Take a look at your life right now. What would you change? What is stopping you?

You may assume answers to these questions, or you may be vague. The true answers come from within when you know how to reach them and they are not logically interpreted - you just know them with your being.

Breathwork unlocks your consciousness in a way that you may reach and understand your greatness by moving beyond your limitations, what you know, and mostly, what you don`t know that you don`t know.

A three hour Breathwork workshop entails:
- understanding the benefits of Breathwork and how it works
- recognising the impact of your own mind in your life
- experience the benefits of a group Breathwork session
- shaping and forming the changes you want to create

How Breaththwork -works:
Lying down with casual and relaxing clothing and breathing fully into your chest opens up a direct and clear communication to all your inner mechanism: spirit, body and mind. What happens after that depends on each person individually as each one of us are unique. Integration occurs after cycles of deep understanding of whatever we feel safe to release. The session usually leaves an aftertaste of more peace, tranquility, balance, compassion, relaxation, deep relief, clarity and more, adding in overall health and well being.

Regular engagement to conscious connected breathing benefits the whole of your being: mental, emotional, spiritual, psychological and physical, as you may experience:
- drop of stress levels
- enhancement of your wellbeing

Paul and Matoula work together for years and are dedicated in working and supporting people in finding their own power. They specialise in supporting cancer survivors, people with depression, adrenal fatique, the gravis syndrome, traumas, couples resolutions and family and individual counseling.
