Over recent years there has been a rise in stress, workloads and burnout in health care, allied health and social work professions. How do we improve our coping skills, raise our morale, improve optimism about the future and self-care at work? Come along to this workshop and learn to connect with your own inner peace and explore your own resources of inner strength and resilience in these challenging times.

This workshop is for professionals and volunteers in the fields of medicine, social work and other allied health fields.

It will be facilitated by Gina Stanton who is an Educator and Counsellor. She has vast experience as a coordinator of the programme 'Values in Healthcare: A Spiritual Approach' (VIHASA) in Sydney, Australia.
