Peacock Sky Vineyard welcomes Waiheke Island newcomer, Chef Nathan Bohning, a seasoned New York & Caribbean chef inspired by his travels. Over the summer months, he will offer Asian & Caribbean fare by way of St John Island to Waiheke Island and transition into the role of Executive Chef of Le Côté de la Colline kitchen at Peacock Sky.

Starters:
- Te Matuku Oysters, local lavender frose, cucumber, black peppercorn.
- Braised Pork Belly, edamame puree, sango, pickled onion, pork crackling.
- Warm Quinoa Salad, edamame, mung bean, shiitake, carrots, daikon, pumpkin seeds.

Mains:
- Crispy Adobo Snapper, cassava escabeche, bok choy, pickled onion, sweet soy sauce.
- Curried Oxtail, local root vegetables, coconut jasmine rice, roti, yogurt drizzle.
- Faux Scallops, seared polenta cakes, ginger tomato chutney, rocket, shiitake bacon.
