Cult alt. blues vocalist Coco Davis will bring her vintage, noir tinged blues on a New Zealand tour this January to celebrate the release of her debut album, Old Haunts.
Catch her at DeVille cafe, Nelson with Tom Rodwell. Tickets $15 on the door and from www.eventfinda.co.nz.
Hailing from Auckland and California, Davis is an established actor with a fast-growing reputation as one of New Zealand's leading female vocalists.
Davis has toured extensively in New Zealand with the critically acclaimed play Daffodils, has starred in Auckland Theatre Company productions of Little Shop of Horrors, Chicago and Cabaret, and toured New Zealand Festivals with her own production of Sam Shepard’s surrealist cowboy operetta The Sad Lament of Pecos Bill. As a singer she has appeared in festivals and clubs in the UK, Holland, and the US as well as throughout NZ.
