A lifetime addiction and love of photography has long been part of EPSON/ NZIPP 2016 NZ Photographer of the Year winner Katherine Williams life. Katherine will talk you through her journey providing strategies and tools to allow your heart and your head collide in your pathway to pursue a sustainable career in photography. She will share her tenacious belief that photographers need exhibit passionate conviction of value in what we deliver to our clients… and would love to see that conviction being contagious!

- Your roads to now, what is useful and what is not.
- Allowing your creative spirit to be part your everyday work.
- The value of being open to critique, and building self-belief.
- Harnessing and utilizing your own attributes wisely.
- The importance of conviction in the worth of what you do.
- Ways to make your clients feel great and how that can fulfill you.
- How time doesn’t have to equate to value, and why.
- Selling tangible products in today’s market.
- Making the most out of an album sale.
- Honesty sells, builds trust and creates lifetime clients and why it works.

Katherine runs a boutique Wedding and Portrait business Tandem Photography in their Christchurch studio alongside her husband Neil out of one of the few century-old red brick buildings left in Christchurch.
