Fancy dining out on dishes prepared by some of Auckland’s top chefs – for only $20? Even better, your $20 goes to support Fiji’s cyclone relief.

Flavours of Fiji will feature four dishes created by five of the country’s top chefs - Ben Bayly (The Grove & Baduzzi), Gareth Stewart (Nourish Group), Mark Southon (O’Connell St Bistro), Michael Meredith (Merediths & Eat My Lunch initiative) and Sid Sahrawat (SIDART and Cassia). The menu was curated by Chef/Author Robert Oliver, also a contributor of one of the four courses.

So what’s on the menu?

A take on the Fijian Hangi - Lovo Pork, Kokoda raw fish, Kai Idia lamb kofte with curry sauce and a Kailoma dessert (a take on a Banana Caramel Trifle).

Live cultural performances, music and other family entertainment will accompany the food tasting between 11.00am and 3.00pm.

Tickets $20 per person which includes four plates and a beverage.

All funds go to Oxfam NZ’s Cyclone Winston Emergency Appeal.

Help us – do a favour for Fiji and enjoy the Flavours of Fiji with us.
