A look at how to get the maximum out of life with all the ups and downs that it throws at you. Information about nutrition, how to get the best out of your food and how to feed the body to get the maximum benefit for daily tasks.

Teaching yoga and meditation - the basics and incorporating sounds which optimise our end goal. The self care exercises are Ortho-bionomy based which help the body to release tension patterns in a non invasive way. These are simple and effective to carry out even at your desk during the day .
