Who is this talk for?
- Mothers whose daughters are struggling to see their beauty.
- Mothers of confident young girls who want to keep them that way.
- Mothers who learned from society to question their own beauty and are not sure how to deal with it.

What you will learn in this mini body positive talk...
- A technique to help disarm the inner critic
- A curtain pull back on what it takes to get a model ready for the camera
- A positive talk technique to help reintegrate parts of ourselves that we have been taught to - dislike/loath.
- The most important thing that mums can do to help their daughters grow into confident young women.

Who is teaching?
Mandi Lynn is an internationally award winning fashion photographer who started her professional life as a women's health nurse. She runs A La Mojo Photographic Studio in Wellington. A body positive studio where regular women have their inner beauty brought to the surface.

This course is the first hour of the How to be Confident in Front of the Camera Course. It is being offered for free to allow all mothers to get the content needed.

Interesting Facts:
The average woman is 5’4″ tall and weighs 166 lbs. In comparison, the average model is 5’10” tall and weighs only 107 lbs.

83% of adolescent girls read fashion magazines for an average of 4 hours every week. In these teen and women’s magazines, advertisements for diets and weight loss programs are 10 times more common than they are in men’s magazines. Girls are being taught to obsess over their appearance, their weight, and whether their bodies are “good enough.”

This talk is the free begging part of the course "How to Feel Confident in Front of the Camera" which last for two more training hours.
