Be terrified!

The Regent Movies presents Halloween Horror, a marathon back-to-back screening of three of the scariest films of the late 20th Century.

We dare you to watch them all.

A Nightmare on Elm Street (1984) - 6pm:
In the fictional Midwestern town of Springwood, Ohio, teenagers are dropping like flies, apparently in the grip of an apparent mass suicidal hysteria.

Rating - RP16 (violence).

The Shining (1980) - 7:45pm:
Former teacher and recovering alcoholic Jack Torrance (Jack Nicholson) interviews for a caretaker job at the Overlook Hotel in an effort to rebuild his life after his volatile temper lost him his teaching position. The hotel manager, Mr. Stuart Ullman (Barry Nelson), warns Jack that he and his family will be snowbound through most of the winter and of the potential risk for cabin fever.

Rating - R16 (violence, offensive language and horror).

The Exorcist (1973) - 10:25pm:
When 12-year-old Regan (Linda Blair) starts acting strangely - levitating, speaking in tongues, exhibiting abnormal strength - her worried mother actress Chris MacNeil (Ellen Burstyn) seeks help.

Rating - R16 (horror scenes and offensive language).
