The International Food Design Conference and Studio 2016 celebrates “The Human Touch’ applied throughout the food chain.

Al Brown legendary New Zealand chef, restaurateur, cookbook author and TV presenter; designer Marije Vogelzang from the Netherlands and Michael Elegbede of Nigeria are the keynote presenters. They will be joined by a range of experts to deliver lectures and hands-on workshops exploring the people who grow, harvest, manufacture, cook and deliver our food.

Organised by Professor Richard Mitchell of the Otago Polytechnic Food Design Institute this is a must attend for chefs, food producers, growers, food technologists, media, bloggers and foodies.
