Tai Chi for Self Defence
Famous as a martial art, Tai Chi is a safe and non-aggressive alternative for self-defence. It utilises skill and accuracy to overcome strength and aggression with no risk of injury from training.

Kung Fu : Mon & Thurs, 6:30pm - 7:45pm
Tai Chi : Mon & Thurs, 8pm - 9pm
David Good is a second degree black belt and has been training in both Kung Fu and Tai Chi for over 15 years.
