We all need support in times of sadness or loss. Grief is a normal, natural process of healing. Hearing stories can help us draw on the past, make sense of now and live in the future how we’d like. Come and listen to some very special Māori storytellers share wisdom from their worlds.

Born in the Waikato, Tau is of the Tainui Waka of the Hapu Ngati Tamainupo and Ngati Maniapoto heritage. Tau’s experiences have come through both his personal life and his work locally, regionally, nationally and internationally.

The programme is facilitated by Vanessa Eldridge, Māori Liaison (Ngāti Kahungunu, Rongomaiwahine). Free to attend, and a light kai will be provided.

All sessions take place at Te Newhanga (Kāpiti Community Centre).
