These classes constitute of a topic of the week and discussion, 20 min guided Mindfulness based meditation, 10-15 min walking meditation and 10 min silent meditation. The class is participatory and students are invited to share their experience and insights with the rest of the group.

Maya Nova is a mindfulness trainer, coach and speaker with over a decade of experience working with people from all walks of life, helping them to regain clarity and balance and integrate mindfulness into their everyday life and work. She is the founder of mindbalance mindfulness training.
