Qigong practice in the Killarney reserve in Takapuna during summer!

Qigong practices have various of style. Our group use basically Long White Cloud Qigong style which very informative and simple applications. To strengthen organs, improve functions of each organ, improve breathing, improve energy (Qi) flow. Such a great feeling when the energy flow smoothly throughout the body.

In a class, we repeat Qigong foundation practices and between Heaven and Earth/ enter the flow each week but we add unique and fun movement or Breathing exercises or mindful meditation during session. These Qigong practices give you relaxation, calmness and fun as well.

Session is one and half hours.
Fees - (accept only cash)

We will meet at the park next to Old Takapuna Fire Station on Killarney Street. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Bring warm clothes/Jacket for cold weather.
