CoLiberate's Mindful Clay sculpting is a delightfully tactile and connective way to hold our awareness in one place, long enough to produce the mental stillness that helps us to see the complex interrelationships of our life from a calmer distance rather than from within the whirlpool of all of them!

This mindfulness workshop with clay is an opportunity to reclaim your inner child, to hold ourselves accountable to the playfulness that it can be hard to make space for in our fast-paced lives, to take a break from ourselves, or to experiment with a non-goal orientated way of creating. And it’s fun!

This week we are focusing on Overcoming Fear:
We use stories every day to give order to the multiplicity of our experiences. Connecting the dots that create meaning for you helps you to feel sure of your direction, to trust your own story, and to develop your unique perspective.

Let us know you're coming by text and we'll save you a spot. Phone - 027 335 1435.

Pay at the door. Eftpos available!

CoLiberate studio is open every Thursday with a trio of wellbeing sessions curated for you to have a rich evening of wellbeing goodness. Each session is an hour long and requires no experience, nor do you have to declare where you sit on the wellbeing spectrum. It is for anyone and everyone who wants to make their personal wellbeing a priority and to form a weekly habit. It’s a space to come together, connect and share our own experiences of mental wellbeing. Be active, rejuvenate our body and find stillness in our minds. Each session is facilitated.

- 5:30pm - Wellness Wānanga: Playfulness (koha)
- 6:45pm - Yoga - led by Rosie Sievers ($15)
- 8:15pm - Mindful Clay Sculpting ($15)
