In today's world, we often find ourselves suffering from tension, agitation, irritation or worry at some time or other. These harmful emotions can blight our lives and have negative effect on the way we relate to others, our feelings about our self, our performance at work and much more. But it does not have to be like that.

This course explains the origin of these emotions and how by working on our mind with meditation, and mindfulness we can gradually reduce tension and worry more relaxed states of body and mind.

With practice we can learn to be more relaxed in everything we do - at home, at work and at play.
