Muka Youth Prints 30th Anniversary. A reason for celebration!

2016-2017 is the 30th year of the Muka Youth Print project, arguably the longest lasting New Zealand art project. In these 30 years 165 artists, 88 of them from New Zealand and 77 from overseas contributed to the project, tens of thousands of young people were able to build their very own art collection.

The 2016-2017 collection will be at the Ashburton Art Gallery on Wednesday 9 November 12 - 6pm. This special adult-free exhibition offers the opportunity for children to look at and buy art. Small, original lithographs will be sold exclusively to young people aged 5–18(inclusive). All unframed prints are $70 and the artists' names are covered during the show.

Bring your children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends! To a very special edition of the Muka Youth Prints.
