Making Squishy Stress Balls - An Active Relaxation Tool for Kids!
Anxiety is very common in children and young people and is a normal reaction to stressful situations. In stressful situations, we all get anxious or a little scared, and that’s completely normal, but sometimes the feelings of fear or anxiety keep going after the situation is better and this is when anxiety can become a problem and get in the way - you can get ‘stuck’.

There are lots of tricks that can help let out stress, fear and worry and we are going to do some of these together today! Come along and join us in making your own personal stress balls today and we promise lots of laughs and fun for the afternoon and you get to keep your stress ball to use at home! All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Presented by Alicia Moxon (Registered Psychologist)
