Modern technology has made possible a wide range of exciting applications that can be used not only to help people resolve personal issues but also to achieve peak performance. A range of the most recent technological developments have resulted in easy to use applications for brain function, stress management and working to create good mood. Several pieces of equipment will be available for people to try out and they can play simple games by using their mind or by controlling physiological stress responses. It's lots of fun and helps us to improve our functioning at the same time.
