About Tash:
Tash Rix is an inspiring teacher with over 17 years of intensive meditation practice and experience. Tash is the director of Mindful Living in Mount Maunganui, teaching mindfulness in a pragmatic way - with humour, wisdom and compassion whilst encouraging enquiry and personal growth. She helps people from all backgrounds learn mindfulness to be more present, experience greater joy and overcome stress, anxiety and depression.
