Beginners lunchtime running club.

Break away from your desk and come running with me.

Why? Why not? Might be fun right? Meet some new people, get out of the office, run around, have a laugh. Job done. It will stimulate your body and your mind, making you more productive for the rest of the day.

The running group is suitable for beginners. Maximum distance will be 5km depending on the group's needs on the day.

Meet at Imagine Fitness Personal Training studio by 12.30pm and we will leave from there after a warm up.
