Join the Wellpark College Yoga Diploma Students for a 1 day course in Yoga Relaxation and work towards a stress free year.

Our experienced teacher will take you on a personal journey so that you can better manage the day to day stresses and demands made on you. Together you will work on techniques that will help you maintain better health and wellbeing.

You will cover the theory of:
- What is relaxations and the stress response
- Benefits and barriers to relaxation

You will then practice relaxation techniques including:
- Breath in relaxation
- Progressive relaxation
- Visualisation
- Yoga Nidra

This course is suited to anyone wanting to make simple changes to achieve holistic wellness and is a great taster for those interested in studying Yoga. Yoga teacher training at Wellpark College in 2017.

About your teacher; Sannyasi Pragyadhara trained extensively in India and Australia with and learning from her Guru - Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati. She completed a Masters in Yoga Psychology through Bihar Yoga Bharati (India - 2005) and she is a member of The Yoga Training Academy (Australia).

Please bring with you; Note book, pen, Yoga mat and please wear loose clothing.
