Scott Smith - Bramwell Grossman

Scott Smith is a lawyer from Bramwell Grossman in Hastings.  Scott is a litigation specialist with 13 years’ experience, initially in large national firm, and the past three years in the Bay.  Scott has a particular interest in regulatory obligations and their enforcement.

Scott will:
decode the jargon in the legislation for you,
assist you to understand your personal and business liability
and discuss the level and style of enforcement you can expect.

Gordon Anderson - Hasmate

Gordon and Jan Anderson are the owners of Napier based business, Hasmate Ltd (est. 1993). Gordon is an experienced business advisor providing quality management (ISO9001) and health and safety systems and training. He specialises in developing and implementing health and safety plans and training for a wide range of business and industry sectors. He is a qualified health and Safety auditor and has had many years experience working with the ACC auditing standards. Gordon will address:
