The Solomon Cole Band are a Hot/sexy/rock'n'roll/blues & Soul Explosion All the Way From Little Ole' Waiheke Island.

Their debut album "Bruises" is out Oct 21st on Aeroplane Music Records via all digital outlets.

The band are comprised of ex PAYOLA members Lee Catlin, Solomon Cole and Sophia Faalogo who released two records previously under that guise. They return with The Solomon Cole Band and the addition of female drummer Dione Denize. Their sound was described recently by 13th Floor blog as 'hearkening a cross between QOTSA, The Black Keys and early Tina Turner" and the album Bruises was mixed by none other than veteran NZ engineer Nick Abbott ( The Datsuns, Goldenhorse). Mike Alexander (Sunday Star Times) also called Bruises one of this years best releases.

Bonfire Baby

Soulful vocals, melodic harmonies and an infectious back beat give Bonfire Baby their signature sound. Rootsy guitar licks and honking saxophone melodies add to the band’s unique voice.

Front man Tom Irvine has assembled a cracker-jack group of players to compliment his repertoire of traditional rock, soul and country songs.
