Series of Qigong practices, Mindful Breathing and Meditation.

Morning: Moving Meditation part 1(Motion) - Qigong Foundation Practices (QFP) - introduce 12 health healing exercises and Qigong Walking.

Lunch: Mindful Eating with Qigong Healing Foods (Vegetarian meals) Lunch will be provided.

Afternoon: LWCQ - Release the Power of Your Breath (RPB): Complete Natural Breathing.
Moving Meditation part 2 (stillness): Mindful breathing and meditation.

Mindfulness Qigong Retreat is a place where you will learn and practice about mindfulness, which is a full awareness of the moment. This retreat is for everyone who needs to refresh or revive themselves from excessive draws of energy and those who want calm, relaxation and stability.

Mindfulness helps you to understand yourself and others, and to become fearless. That is a fundamental of happiness and joy. A deeper understanding of yourself will lead you to have good relationships with others. We support you in learning how to transform fear and anger to compassion, and how to be free from your fears and anger. But you must practice.

It is much easier to obtain stability, joy and freedom when you practice with others. The practice of mindfulness meditation (motion and stillness) with Qigong (ancient Chinese healing exercises) and other methods (Zen) offered by the Buddha has two parts which are “stopping and looking deeply”.

What you will learn and practice in the retreat:
- Qigong exercises to coordinate breathing and movements, and to reduce stagnant energy and strengthen and healthy body, including organs (Liver, Spleen, Kidneys, etc)
- Qigong foods to nurture and strengthen the body
- Mindful breathing and eating to concentrate and relax
- Meditation in Silence to transform your fear and anger to compassion
- Breathing exercises (RPB) to strengthen your body system and to obtain a healthy mind

In the retreat, mainly use methods of “Long White Cloud Qigong (LWCQ)” which is influenced by Wah Family system, Southern Tiger Style. The breathing exercises (RPB) is a unique and efficient way of exercises (strengthening and prevention) to help people improve respiratory system for healthy life.
