As the end of the year draws closer, we have a few things to get sorted out. We need to make sure that our plant nursery is in good order and that our existing track network is kept in a useable state. We would love you to make it to one of the two working bees we have organised for the years' end.

In the new year, we will be focussing on getting our new track up to a standard where it can be officially opened. We'll keep you posted about that in January.

November 13 - 1pm:
We will be potting up some plants in the nursery, and pruning branches overhanging the main track in the south end of Manawa Karioi. All tools and gloves provided.

Meet at the interpretation board shelter next to the Tapu Te Ranga marae carpark, up the driveway signposted at the end of Danube St, Island Bay.

We will be going ahead with the working bee regardless of weather. If you have trouble finding us contact: 0221277361

December 4 - 1pm:
We will be focussing on pruning along the rest of our track network. While the tracks are easy for one person to mow, the pruning takes quite a lot of effort for an individual, but easy if there's a group of keen helpers!

All tools and gloves provided.
