Writing New Zealand: People, Politics, Place. A residential workshop for active writers.

Spend a weekend immersed in writing craft and literature, and get up close and personal with some of New Zealand's finest literary talent. The workshop is limited to twenty-two attendees who will reside at the stunning Vaughan Park retreat in Auckland's Long Bay throughout.

Accommodation and meals are included in the price: $495 plus GST.

Speakers include some of New Zealand's most respected writers and commentators: Paula Morris, Tessa Duder, Albert Wendt, Fiona Farrell, Nicky Hager, Toby Manhire, Graeme Lay, Greg McGee, Selina Tusitala Marsh, Melanie Laville-Moore, Dr Paul Moon, Fiona Sussman, David Veart, Bridget Williams, Adam Dudding, Joanne Drayton and Atholl Anderson.

Aotearoa inspires powerful writing in all genres - the works inspired by our land and its people continue to shape and inform our nation. Delegates will be treated to a range of our finest writers who will share why New Zealand-inspired content matters. The programme has been designed for experienced writers to hone their craft in a high-level intensive symposium style seminar.
