Leave the troubles of your working week behind with a series of five Friday lunchtime yoga classes in our giant abstract painting installation, 'Movement'. Experience the tones and patterns that have become a part of the gallery by interacting with it in a calm, welcoming environment.

Classes will be run by Jo Vernon from Hutt Yoga and include a special selection of asana, (postures) pranayama (breath work), chanting and savasana (deep relaxation). All levels of ability and experience welcome as sessions will be taught in a way that makes the postures accessible for everybody.

The many benefits of yoga include increased strength and flexibility, relief from insomnia, stress and anxiety. Through regular practice, yoga improves health on all levels of our being and is a wonderful way to bring the body and mind to a state of harmony and balance.

Jo is the owner of Hutt Yoga and it's sister business Hutt Holistic Health. She is a certified yoga instructor, has been practicing yoga for 14 years and teaching for 6 years.
