A dining experience to remember, when a danish chef presents his interpretation of NZ forage and produce with a mix of danish style cuisine in a 5-course menu with appetiser and snacks.

- Danish style cured fish with rye crisp
- "Paua in the shell" ocean forage and coprosma.
- Lamb on rye, kumara, forage and nightshade jus.
