Synopsis:
Two teenage boys, Tim and John, fall in love at school. Their friends are mostly accepting of the relationship but their parents are not. They embark on a long-term relationship, punctuated after five years, by Tim wanting to explore his sexuality with other men. They ultimately come back together, only to find they are diagnosed with HIV.

Set in Australia from 1974, when the boys are 15, through to 1992. This is a love story, between two people, who navigate both the times, the resistance of their families and ultimately a disease that takes both their lives.

Season Wednesday 22 March – Saturday 25th March.

Characters:
There are two primary characters Tim and John. There are a range of other characters, including the boy's parents, played by four actors as below:

- Tim (15 - 34), more outgoing of the two boys, who is comfortable with his sexuality and becomes an actor.
- John (15 - 32), more reserved, son of Italian parents. Plays football and more uncertain about his sexuality.
- Female (18 - 40’s), playing a range of character, including school friends of the boys and John’s mother.
- Female (18 - 40’s), playing a range of character, including school friends of the boys and Tim’s mother.
- Male (18 - 40’s), playing a range of character, including school friends of the boys and John’s father.
- Male (18 - 40’s), playing a range of character, including school friends of the boys and Tim’s father.

Note: There are some graphic sex scenes in this play and it is intended for an adult audience.
