This beginners course is a brief introduction for anyone interested in learning about mindfulness and its benefits. You will learn about key components of mindfulness as well get to practice mindfulness techniques that will help you to stay more focused on the present moment and reduce stress.
All proceeds will go to Common Unity Aotearoa to support their projects.

When you register please make it clear whether you are registering for the Sunday afternoon course or the 4 week course. Both courses have the same content.
