The Bloom Collective Market will be hosting an open-air Cinema, this Saturday (1st April). It is the quintessential free outdoor event, with beautiful artisan market, and a New Zealand Classic feature film provided by to our Major Sponsor “McDonalds Cambridge”. “Goodbye Pork Pie” will be lighting up an inflatable movie screen from dusk at Cambridge Raceway.

Cinemagoers can browse through the market, and then chill out before their movie with some tasty food, beverages from the bar at the Cambridge Raceway, all while relaxing to sounds from exciting emerging local musicians, @Kyla Greening Music and @Pianika Duncan Music.

AJ Power of McDonalds Cambridge saw this unique event as a memorable and joyful experience and is proud to get on board as the major sponsor for the cinema 'It’s all about fun. An outdoor Cinema is almost like a blast from the past, something we see in movies but don’t get to experience too often. Cambridge is a fantastic champion community. We look forward to being a part of the community as much as we can.

My wife and I entered McDonalds as Franchisees after we were a Ronald McDonald House family ourselves, it’s our way of giving back to RMHC and the wider community, more than we could imagine'.

So, please join us from 4pm for the beautiful artisan Market, and from 8:30pm to watch a New Zealand Classic film on an outdoor cinema, thanks to our Major Sponsor; McDonalds Cambridge and our Professional Sponsor; Tivoli Cinema.

There will be some giveaways, and some great Kid Kartz junior harness racing with their ponies (which will be so hard case to watch)!

If you are interested to help us fund this cinema please check out our Givealittle page:

Any of the extra funding will be donated to the charity KidsCan, who aim support disadvantaged Kiwi Kids. Check them out here; (this may be a clue to the movie that is screening).

Please note: Please be sure to bring along cash, just in case, as not all stall holders will offer EFTPOS, and we cannot offer cash out.

We look forward to seeing you there.
