Boston has been making some serious waves in the Welsh Drum & Bass scene recently with his unmistakeable blend of beats, bass and soulful instrumentation.

Jack is a Cardiff-born musician & producer with a natural touch for music. That coupled with training on a variety of instruments and a deep production knowledge has set him up to be a strong influence for the future of DnB.

His introduction to the scene began in July 2014 with a chance meeting with Break & Kyo. Armed with a solid collection of unreleased material, it wasn’t long before he was picked up by the prolific Symmetry imprint.

Jack’s music doesn’t conform to one style; he likes to keep it fresh by constantly experimenting with new genres, all whilst maintaining the common denominator of intricate musicality. The inspiration for his music lies with names such as Jimi Hendrix, Terry Callier and Zero 7. These influences make for music that can be appreciated both on the dancefloor and at home.

At the mere age of 20 years old, Jack really does have a head start over a lot of other names in the DnB scene; and with DJ and radio support from the likes of Friction, Lenzman, Break and many more, the future looks very bright for this young player.
