Come and see, hear and feel this historic flour mill come back to life.

Clarks Flour Mill was producing flour in February 1867. Explore the whole Clarks Mill site including the main mill building, the Miller's House, Smokey Joes (the old social club), and the huge shed now occupied by the North Otago Vintage Machinery Club.

Learn how wheat is grown, flour is made and bread is baked. Tour the mill with its four floors of original roller milling machinery. See the vintage traction engine, tractors and trucks and working chaff cutter. Enjoy tea and scones in the 1949 style café, listen to the phonograph in Smokey Joe's and more...

On Saturday 18th February: The 'Four-Hi' milling machine will produce flour on the hour.
On Sunday 19th February: The full mill machinery will be operating on the hour.

To see the mill machinery working on the 19th February: additional $5 for all.
